  1. I am trying to make a DVD in Adobe Encore that has chapters at very specific points, but I am using an mpeg I made in Womble MPEG Video Wizard. Since the GOP Headers are not on the exact points I want, Adobe Encore can't help me. I've tried using scene-change-detection in Womble and I even tried tried making a VOB with Womble with the chapters at the exact points I wanted, but still no luck. Any ideas on how I can get exact chapters with mpeg or a way to get the GOP Headers where I want?

CCE allows you to specify where you want your I-frames using timecodes. I don't know if it is possible to do something in PGCEdit after the fact.

  3. Any other ideas as to how I can specify the I-frames either in Womble or in any other program? Is there any way I could have Adobe Encore re-render the file so I can put chapters where ever I want?
