    I think this should be possible but unsure of the exact steps.

    I have some completed DVDs where I put a little intro on it (VTS_01). Is it possible to create a new intro and author it and then take that new VTS_01 and place it in already compiled DVD without re-authoring the entire thing? Can PGCEDIT do this?

    Yes. Open the DVD, highlight the intro, and File->Replace VTST Title.
