Live 2 camera mixing software

Hey,

I am looking for software online that I can download and use with my 2 video cameras connected to the computer to mix them as they are streaming into the computer. Also I would like to be able to set a fade in so that when i begin recording the camera will automatically fade in. The mixing I would like to have different options for transitions.

It is normally being done during 'editing' on a material that is already dumped to your hard disks, not on a 'live' feed
They did it that way in 70's with hardware mixers, and even now it is done with hardware during live transmissions and such (albeit it is controlled by software).
Short from any studio-specialized software (that probably works with specific hardware only) I doubt you'll find standalone program for a Windoze based home PC.
Maybe some plugins etc for half-pro soft is out there, I dont know, but still - you should do it when youre editing your stuff, not when youre feeding your PC with live feed from DV (or from tape).

This is for live event multi analog cam mixing into a capture card. Contains a frame sync.
