  3. dude im gonna say this in a polite way... stop posting and start reading!!!

i just checked you posts and it seems you have a problem posting this same question repeatedly. if you care at all about this site then please stop poluting it because nobody is bending over backwards to point out whats under your nose.

now ONLY so you will shut up about it and because it is so easy to cut and paste...

    PAL
    Video:
    1150 kbit/sec MPEG-1
    352 x 288 pixels
    25 frames/second
    Audio:
    224 kbit/sec MPEG-1 Layer2

    NTSC
    Video:
    1150 kbit/sec MPEG-1
    352 x 240 pixels
    29,97 frames/second
    (23,976 frames/second NTSC Film)
    Audio:
    224 kbit/sec MPEG-1 Layer2

if you have a file and are converting it you cant just convert NTSC to PAL and vise versa.

if you are capturing from TV you must capture the way the signal is broadcast. if you live in a reigon of the world where they broadcast a PAL signal you need to capture with the correct frame rate and encode it with PAL specifications.

now please look to the left and click some of the subjects and read. the guides and information on this site could not possible be laid out any better. if you cant navigate this site then you have no chance of figuring out VCD's.
    peace out,
