Dolby Digital Surround EX encoder

Hello,

I'm looking for authoring softwares that will encode Dolby Digital Surround EX.
Yes, the one that adds rear center channel via matrix encoding.

Also would like to find out softwares that encode DTS-ES Discrete 6.1 (not matrix es)

Spent hours at Google and still couldn't find one.

Because it is matrixed, EX is little more than a flag in the audio stream. e AC3 encoder that ships with Sony Vegas can certainly flag your file as Dolby Digital EX when encoding.
