    I remember reading somewhere there are few softwares that could capture live streaming (Flash) ...but I just couldn't locate that thread anymore....please provide the links if you know that particular thread or the name of the softwares, thanks in advance.

    Sometimes it's better to find where the file is stored and downloading it.

    You can look in the source file or a program called UrlSniffer can find a lot of these files. Sometimes a link to the .WMV file (or original file) is shown along with the even more compressed FLV file. You can use different programs to download the streams.

    SDP Downloader works well. Maybe sbvcr or asfrecorder or sometimes you can just open the link in Media Player Classic and save the file from there.

    If none of these programs work then you can try SnagIt (payware) but I've found that I can't capture a lot of these files. Something to do with the overlay I think or because the movie plays in a java window.
