restream a live stream

Hi there, i am currently streaming a live channel from my satelite onto the internet.

But the time is GMT.

all my users are from america and therefore i like to delay the stream by 5 hours.

IS that possible? if so what tools are needed inorder to do this ?

please help me out, i been looking for an answer the past 1 month, without luck.

forgot to mention that i use Windows media encoder and windows media services at present.

This question is probably outdated, but I will give it a try anyway, you could save your live stream to a file and then publish it 5 hours later from the same file, a custom script / program can be created for that.
