    I've recently installed ffmpeg and I've installed the correct reallib, but when I convert the RM to AVI I do not get the video output. I can hear the audio in QT, but not video. However, when I use mplayer I can see the video and hear the audio. Please help! (I need the file to play in QT, so I can import it into ppt). Thanks!

    Did you install any DivX compatible component for Quicktime such as Perian, XVID, or the Divx decoder ?
