  1. I'm trying to play my video files in this player

    Code:
    http://www.adorama.com/ICDSDFTX40.html
It says that it is capable of playing Xvid 1.0 , DivX, mov, wmv

Playback File Types: Still Image: JPEG, BMP, GIF, RAW (certain camera models only) Audio: MP3 (32-320 Kb/s), WMA (64 Kb/s or 128 Kb/s) Video File Extensions: ASF, AVI, MP4, WMV, MOV Video Decoding: MPEG4 SP (Simple Profile), DivX 3/4/5 with MP3 audio, WMV9 SP, QuickTime 6 (MPEG-4 AAC-LC stereo), XviD 1.0
when I transfer a divx file into the player, it's playing it well. but the problem is with Xvid. it's playing some xvid files and it isn't playing some xvid files. does the xvid 1.2 version has got anything to do with it? because, I thought that 1.2 is backward compaitable with the old players.

plz help me. is there any way to make belive to the player that the codec is 1.0 and not 1.2?? the player is simply rejecting and saying "file not supported"

Also, it's not playing wmv,mov files as it mentioned. what does SP mean btw?? WMV9 SP??

    Thanks
