    If you look to your left you will see that we have a Tools. It has some handy search features, including one based on conversion types. Select SWF to and hit the Search button, and it will tell you what can do it.

    I'm using SUPER and it doesn't seem to work. I check the error and it says that I should try checking directshow so I did and still fails to encodes. So I don't know why it won't encode

    SUPER isn't the only tool in the list. And when it doesn't work and you have tried what it suggests, to no avail, it's time to try something else.
