    hey
    i tried premiere, ati video in, and virtual dub. none of them log audio for me. in fact, when i connect it and while i'm capturing the only audio i hear is out of my camera........ what am i doing wrong?
    i have a ati radeon 64 for capturing
    300 something ram, 633 mhz p3, and 25 gigs free..... plz help

    Did you plug the audio out on your camcorder to the line-in on your computer?

    And, assuming you plugged it in, did you select 'line-in' in the recording properties and turn the volume up?
