Movies made to be used with a beamer, do they have to be interlaced or deinterlaced?

Perhaps the poster is referring to a wifi transmitter of some type? Perhaps slingbox type device?

There is also a moviebeam system of aerial delievery that bestbuy and circuit city were pushing a while back - don't know if they dropped that system or not.

Anyway I don't think that affects your transmission really. For best results keep it in the original format as much as possible. Whatever the end result is if it was interlaced keep it interlaced. Unless your system states otherwise. No need to introduce any possible complications.

It would depend on the projector. Mine accepts progressive or interlaced with a component hookup. My DVD player outputs progressive, so I switched the DVD player and the projector to that.
