  1. Hi, what is the easiest way to resize a movie from 720x476 to 720x480. I am trying make menues by using Ulead DVD Movie Factory. But since the size is 720x476, program is not recognizing as a valid MPEG file. Should I use TMPGEnc or some other program? Can someone walk me through. Thanks in advance

  2. You have to re-encode the MPEG to change it's resolution. It might be possible to load the MPEG in AVISynth and use the add borders (or resize), then load in Virtual Dub and save as an AVI. But I don't know if Ulead will use an avi source to make menus?

Otherwise re-encode in TMPGenc (or your fav encoder). Question 720x476 is a very odd resolution, it's not divisable by 8 so I'm not even sure it'll play on your TV...

  3. I can play it on Pioneer DV333. I burned on RW CD and played. It worked fine without any problem. Everything is fine. But I want to add menus and the only program I have is Ulead DVD Movie Factory and it does not recognize it as a valid file. Thanks
