i am trying to play a QuickTime Movie .mov file
dimensions: 720 x 486
Codecs: Timecode, Uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2
"when i open the file on my macBook Pro the window opens and shows a white frame, i am able to play the cip, the playhead moves but there is no imagey, only a white frame. a warning came up along with the white frame/window, it said:
additional software is required for QuickTime to play this media. It may be available from the QuickTime Components page."
i have no idea what plug in i am looking far. has anyone experienced this problem.
the media files were created w dvd x dv
