Hey guys
when trying to transfer my music onto my iPod using iTunes it is very slow, i have over 2,000 song in my library and it havs taken ovet 1.5 hrs just to transfer 1000 songs. I transfer the data using the iPod USB cable that came with the player.
Is there any way i can speed this process up?

To be honest i haven't got a clue what the ports are
EDIT: I think it could be a .1 port because when i pulg it in it say about faster tranfers if i us a .2 port, but i dont know where they are -
That's why it is slow.
If you have extra ports that are apart from the others - on the side or on a back plane, try those. Otherwise you will just have to try them all until you don't get the message. If they are all USB1.1 then you will have to get a USB 2 PCI card to add the ports.Read my blog here.
