I have an xbox hd dvd player which has been working perfectly until I tried playing the host. it runs through the opening preview and loads the menu, then whenever an action is attempted from the menu, even something as simple as moving the curser highlight from play movie to special features, it errors, something like code 67700 and a bunch of more digits. so far its done this with two copies of the host. could it be something like a problem with the firmware or has magnolia pictures shot themselves in the foot with a faulty encoding? has anyone else had this problem? any help would be greatly appreciated.
