I have a copy of monsters inc which goes slightly out of sync (about 1-2s) during each CD.
I've used TMPEnc to do a multiplex and a re-burn on 4x, and it is the same. I've also tried to de-multiplex and re-multiplex the audio and video together. It makes no difference.
Info on www.vcdhelp.com suggests if the audio is out of sync, export it to goldwave and insert a silence. However, the audio does not start going out of sync until 5 or so minuntes into the film.
Is there anything else I can try?
It generally plays ok on the PC fine. On my Minato G1 it has the sync problems. On my mates Dansai it does the same.
Any ideas?
Thanks as always in advance.

If it's a DAT, did you run it through VCDgear to convert it back to an Mpeg before sending it through TMPG.
That may help. It's just a guess. VCD Gear is in the TOOLS section~~~Spidey~~~

TMPGEnc would accept a .dat file anyway. This was then ok to pull back to an mpeg and put through Nero to re-burn. Any ideas?
