    Does anyone know how to have various clips flicker quickly. I would like to have a clip show like half of a second and then another clip show like for the same half of a second, etc etc until it reaches a clip that i want the video focus on. That clip would play through.

    I am currently using sony vegas and i tried raising the velocity and its not working.

    Drop the two clips on separate timelines, with the clip you want to end on above the other clip. Use key frames on the opacity envelope for the top clip to have it rapidly fade/cut between the two.
