the dr. Divx I have is 2.0.1 b4 and it does great .flv to divx conversions for the youtube downloads.

However, when I try to convert a somewhat large VOB to divx, such as a 73MB, I get a very tiny file about 66KB which has only about 1 second of video/sound. How can this be fixed?

I do convert vob to avi with avi.net and alltoavi , but I'm guessing dr. divx makes for a cleaner look.

    thanks
