Libra is a free library software (WinXP/Vista) to organize your stuff: Books, Audio CDs, DVDs, & Games. And it does so beautifully.
http://www.getlibra.com/
You can easily build your DVD collection in Libra by either importing from an existing collection in a 3rd party application (eg. Excel), or scan your DVD's via your webcam or barcode scanner. Once you have your collection built, you can easily track items you have loaned out with the application, or tag individual titles with meaningful terms.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
