Processing done in seconds then error

[error]

Hi will you have a look and tell me what i am doing wrong

i load up the avi file not even a second and its done processing and ready to create the title set, then error.

I know the only time you hear from me is when there is a problem, its that time again sorry, but any insight would be truly appreciated
