Ive recorded some vids on my camera and they are in MPEG4 format. I was just wondering if any one knows a simple software that alows me to cut a specific part out of the video in any way. Ive looked around but everythings a little confusing with all the amount of formats. Thanks!![]()

try virtualdubmod or windows movie maker.
Are you going to want to put it on dvd? IF so you'll need to use a converter to make it into an mpeg 2 file for authoring later. Otherwise you might be able to leave it as is and play it on a divx capable dvd player - though your cameras codec may or may not be supported on that particular model.Donatello - The Shredder? Really depends on what you mean by MPEG4. Could mean MPEG-4 video/audio in an mp4 container, MPEG-4 video in an avi container, MPEG-4 video in an asf container, MPEG-4/quicktime, etc.
