    :x Can anyone tell me if it is posible to create menues for a VCD in ulead DVD movie factory and then use Nero to encode the file and burn it to cd, If so , How can I do it?

    No, the menu templates are built into DVD movie Factory, and the DVD mmovie factory itself has a burning engine built in. If you'd like a more complex menu in Nero, I'd suggest constructing a clip to be used as the menu (say in Vegas Video) then use WinOnCD to do all your routings per you custom menu
