I thought RAM is the same as RM, but it seem that Real Producer won't accept the file extention.... Is there a way that I could turn the RAM into an RM??

Yes, re-name it to .rm!!!
A RAM file is normally just a text file telling RealPlayer where the .ra or .rm file actually is. Assuming that your RAM file is actually the proper audio file, then just re-naming it should work.
