In case anybody hasn't heard about it yet Maxtor's Maxblast 5 is out recently. It's 100MB for the full program but well worth it. Backup, restore, clone from Windows, create a CD with all the tools on it for disaster recovery. It uses Acronis technology. I tried it and it's excellent. It blows away anything they had before.
