    You know any soluction to that?
    If the VOB have sound AC3 the TMPGenc not work, any soluction?

    Demux the vob and encode the m2v video file. Process the audio stream separately.
    Or you could just encode the vob file,change to ES video only. This might not work on some vob files because of the time stamps in vob files. Tmpeg Plus reads a Time Stamp as the end of the file and it will stop encoding. Time Stamps if present can come less than one minute into the vob file.

    BTW what is that you are trying to do with the VOB file. From the screen shot you have posted it seems that you are trying to convert to VCD. Right ? Elaborate
