    Here i go,
i have a avi movie file, where the audio is ahead of the video. that means its not in sync.
well, i tried my best to search in everywhere to solve this problem.
How can i use the delay in audio for about -383 ms, so that the audio and video will be in sync.
I am using K lite codec pack full version, which installed the media player classic on my pc.
when i checked on the AC3 filter and FFdshow filter, on both of the filter configuration i have found options where audio can be synced. but no matter how much i change on those filter settings, it doesn't apply to my movie. More over i have no clue while playing the movie with media player classic, which codec is actually being used for the audio. I have used the G sopt tool, but as i am a newbee i couldnt figure out what all those output from the Gspot really means.
Can some one please tell me how/which codec settings should i change? is any of the codec installed by the K lite is actually being used on the file or not?
i even converted the whole avi movie file into mpeg. and tried to sync the audio using Video Redo plus. this software fixed the sync problem for the first 20 minutes of the movie, then it gets out of sync again.
any help guys? Thanks in advance.

Nicest tool for the job, but can be a little flaky.

If you get an error loading your avi into it install >

    http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Koepi_XviD.htm

    or/as well as
