i have a mkv file with 2 audio and i want to burn it in a way where when i watch it on a dvd player and be able to choose which audio i want using the remote. i been using nero vision for all my video burning so i dont know much of anyother softwares that my let me do this. can someone point me to a software that can do this or a method that can please?

ConvertXtoDVD can handle some mkv files, and does multiple audio (up to two tracks).
if it doesn't, you may have to use mkvextract to get the video and audio streams out of the mkv container, put them back into an avi container, and convert from there.Read my blog here.

i tried to use ConvertXtoDvD but when i tried to convert it, it said error decoding or something like 50 times on after another. and when i tried to burn it it said something about being illegal.
i also tried the Mkvextract but i don't understand how i would be able to burn the file and have the switching audio ability.
