ConvertXtoDVD can handle some mkv files, and does multiple audio (up to two tracks).

if it doesn't, you may have to use mkvextract to get the video and audio streams out of the mkv container, put them back into an avi container, and convert from there.

i tried to use ConvertXtoDvD but when i tried to convert it, it said error decoding or something like 50 times on after another. and when i tried to burn it it said something about being illegal.

i also tried the Mkvextract but i don't understand how i would be able to burn the file and have the switching audio ability.

Try FAVC. It will also do MKVs (you may have to install FFDShow and/or Haali's splitter). Don't know if it will handle multiple audio though.
