I have a ATI AIW X800 XL card which I was able to connect with my TV cable. Through the multimedia center I could view TV programming on my computer monitor. I tested recording and managed to record a short clip of video. I then discovered the recordings were "saved" as bunch of files with "vcr" extension. How can I convert those files into playable video formats?

open the ati mmc / media library/ then hight the vcr file you want to convert and right click then select export to ether meg2 or mpg4
