    How can I convert FLV files to VCD or DVD format. I'have try with many encoders but without results.

    super will make mpegs or vobs, but then you will need to author the DVD

    quite frankly, with most FLV content ( youtube ), the quality is too low for good conversion, the resultant DVD files look really bad

    and not worth the time and effort
