When I download a DV tape to my JVC DR-10S camcorder, as the tape reaches a blank spot, in the middle of the recording, the JVC recorder stops and gives a message "please wait." I thus loose any tape that is being played until I can hit the record button again. Must I stop the recording (and dumping) as soon as I see the "please wait" message and then restart again after the message disappears?
How can I tell the recorder to continue until I press stop? Is there a setting for this?
Basically, how do you dump DV when there are intervals of no recording between scenes?
