I am looking for a blur effect in premiere.
I am working on a dream type effect and I would like still type movement to have no blur or trailing but movement to have a type of a trail. Does anyone know of an effect that will do this. Also if you have any other effects that would build a dream sequence other than slowmotion and a change in white balance. I also added the Heaven shine filter.
