    i need to convert a FRAPS AVI to WMV with 3000 bit rate.

    can you recommend a converter tool for me to use?

    sadly, AVI2WMV is not inculded in the drop down guide list --- of course, murphy's law holds true once again, then one you want is the only one not available.

    ok, i used WMM, but i dont think that is the same thing as WME

    can you set down the basic steps for me in a post? or make the tutorial in a video if that is easier for you.
