Do you have the AC3 codec? Not exactly sure what you can use for Mac, but AC3filter and FFDShow Tryouts are what I use.

It seems that your file is using DTS for the main (Japanese) audio track. DTS is not supported by ffmpegX (ffmpeg/mplayer versions included with the app are waay too old). As far as ffmpegX is concerned, there is nothing that can be done. You can try Handbrake (v. 0.9.3 if you want to export as an .avi file).
