I would like to insert chapter marks and possibly a menu

i was recently given a dvd that was recorded on a standalone DVD recorder, how the person did'nt insert chapters marks. i would like to insert chapter marks and possibly a menu. i have a trial version of dvd lab, any help in this matter would really be appreciated or even a direction to a link helping me out.

Drop your movie VOBs into DVD Lab (just the movie VOBs, not the menu etc.) You can then create chapter marks and menus and then burn your disc. Spend some time with the help manual; there's a lot there. Don't expect to master DVD Lab in a few minutes. But if you take the time to learn it, you can do a lot with it.
