is final cut express HD capable of exporting flash files? if not, are there any plug-ins or software that will help with that? thanks

you'll need one of the following to take your
Quicktime .mov files from FCE to .flv:
1. Adobe Flash
2. Visual Hub---my reccomendation
3. ffmpegx
you could also do it the cheap way
( all the above is paid shareware)
drag and drop it to youtube or google video
