Hi,

I have just installed Avid Media Composer on my PC.

I have imported some .mov files, when i press play the video image doesn't move, but the cursor is moving along the timeline, so when i press pause, the image changes to what it should be at that frame.

Not sure if this is making sense, heres an example :
there is a counting clock on the beginning on the file, i'll press play at 20secs (where it starts), the clock hand won't move until i press play again and then it moves to where ever i have stopped it (for example at 7 secs).

Hope someone can help me.

I have changed my display settings to those which render best performance and tried a few setting changes in avid but nothings working.
