Trouble downloading Super 1

Hi, I know this is a stupid question but I am having problem downloading SUPER.

I followed the instruction on how to download the program by enablinig javascript on IE, clearing my cache, stopping ZoneAlarm. Yet, I still get the following error from ALL four different downloading site?!
What am I doing wrong here?

This is the error message I get from one of the sites. They are all similar..

BTW, I am in a public library right now.....Could that be the problem?

YES. They are probably blocking .exe files.

That is indeed the case. Was able to download at home.
