I tried backing up a legitimate copy of Shining Through using 1Click DVD Copy Pro v2.5.0.9 & DVD43 v3.9.0 but for some unknown reason I have no sound when playing the burnt DVD-R in my DVD player (Pioneer DV270) I have no problem playing the original DVD though.
Does anybody have a suggestion as to what went wrong?

did you anable 1click's CPRx, if you didn't you should, 1click needs CPRx to work with dvd43. Now you can buy anydvd & 40 and you should have no more problems, or you can ripp the movie to your hard drive with fabdecrypter(free)first, and then use iclick to compress it. I don't trust dvd43, i would go with fabdecrypter/1click.
