Hi Guys, Im saving a video to XviD in Vegas but when I go to choose MP3 as the saving audio.. I dont get any higher then "56kbit 24,000Hz Stereo" when I want something like "128kbit 40,000"

The "free" MP3 encoder that comes with Windows is restricted in it's output formats. You'll have to install another MP3 encoder to get higher specs - like the ACM driver (either Fraunhofer or LAME)
from the K-Lite codec pack
