I have a music video that has bad sound quality but good video quality. I have the mp3 for that video in good quality. How can I seperate the video from the audio and attatch the better quality audio I have.

What's the format of the video at present? Meaning, what codec does it use? I'm guessing it's a MPEG. If so, you can convert the audio to AC3 with a program like ffmpeggui. Then you separate the audio and video by demuxing. Reverse the process by muxing the new audio back with the video. BTW, they have to have exactly the same duration or you will have sync problems.

If it's a AVI type of video, VirtualDub can combine the new audio with the old video fairly easily.

Lots of other ways to do all this also.
