    I'm using SUPER to convert from VOB to FLV. but I seem to lose a lot of the clairty.

    Any ideas of a better software to use?

    SUPER would use Sorenson Spark, which isn't exactly efficient. If you want better quality then you need to use an encoder that supports VP6.2.
