Anyone with user manual to jvc dr m70

I lost my manual and am trying to set up to record off my dvr to a dvd. I do not know the way to hook up my connections if I should just hook up to the tv or to the dvr. I also do not know what to choose when recording. I am thinking I set up stuff wrong as all I got was black stuff when I played back on my dvd player and corrupted or unrecognizable format when I tried it in the computer. My other dvd player wouldn't play it either. Please note that I suck at connections and need the simplist terms possible. It would be appreciated if you have the manual that you could scan and send me pages dealing with connections and how to record. Thanx
