    Hello,I have a question.
Usually when I capture from TV I use my video camera.
I bought LCD TV with internal 60GB Hard drive so I can record some movies when I am not home and then capture it to PC.
My supprise was that all recorded movies on HDD can't be captured to PC,it just doesn't allow me to.Seems like TV has restriction, which is very bad for me.

Is there any work around trick or I am just stucked??

    Thank you

    Smells like HDCP to me.

If you have an analogue capture card, you can capture the old fashion way

A TV with a built in HD? Link?
I have an OTA DVR (newer Philips model just out). I can capture to the HD, then edit, then write to a DVD. I take it that yous doesn't have a DVD writer or usb port, etc like my DVR does?

Yes it has only integrated HDD without DVD-RW.
So everything stored on HDD plays back on TV but not on my computer.
It"s kind of restriction. It doesn"t help If I use digital camera pass-through or analog card.
    It sucks
