    Hi i download a couple of dvds. Some are in .iso format and some are in a Video_ts folder. My question is how can i figure out if the videos are Ntsc Or Pal. is there a program i can use????? Thanks for your time

    Gspot 2.70 may be able to tell you, or VLC can open ISOs and it has info about the framerate under 'View>Stream and Media information.' PAL is 25fps and NTSC is 29.970fps or 23.976fps. You should also be able to check the VOBs with Gspot or play them with VLC.
