    I have a few DVDs (unprotected) I'd like to convert to FLV Flash 8 Video format.

    Can anyone tell me what I can use to easily convert the DVD to FLV format without any audio sync problems and so the quality will hold up (the FLV files will only be about 400 x 300 pixels).

    No.

    you can do it with either mencoder of ffmpeg and the vp6 vfw codec.

    Why flash 8 though.
