  1. I have an ISO clip not much more than two mins in length but 53 Mb in size. Please tell me how to convert it to something smaller for uploading.

    Iso is not a video format, it's an image that can contain anything. Extract the content and then tell us what you have. Use for example isobuster.

    Using Isobuster I get "Session 1 - Track 01 - ISO DVD (Audio_TS and Video_TS) - UDF DVD(Audio_TS and Video_TS) - IFO Video(Video_TS). Right clicking on these gives various extraction options.
