    Well from what I can tell simply setting the above profiles will set the auto resize to the above resolutions, that is as long as it is downsizing. It won't upsize, which makes sense since that would only waste bits. You can set the video resize to whatever you like though.

    Well if your source is 720p or greater it should do it automatically. If your source is < 720p, then it would be a waste of time and bits to upsize, just encode at 576p or whatever the source is and let the player upsize.
