How is it works with subs ?
Where can i find it ?
I've just dl the Final Fantaisy vcd ... can i change the subs ?

If the subtitles are hard-encoded into the MPEG, obviously you can't remove them.
When people refer to subtitles, they usually mean extracting the subtitles off a DVD and using it in a DVD rip of a VCD.

ok, but it isnt in a mpeg, it's in a .dat file on a vcd.

The dat file on a VCD IS the mpeg-1 stream. If you are still confused, the answer is "NO".
