    No. Basically what a TBC needs to do must be done before the digital stage. The Ensoft DV processor works like a software video processor, and allows you to adjust certain aspects during capture. Depending on what you need to do, this may cover your needs. But the basic functions of a TBC cannot be carried out on captured video.

    I use a TBC-1000 from Datavideo, which does a pretty good job. Any other processing I do through avisynth.
